- There will be no compensation or amendments due to such circumstances. However, we will try to sort out the issues with mutual understanding.
Cancellation:
The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only. Cancellation charges are per person.
Mode of Payment:
- Initial booking amount of 50% of the total tour cost.
- Balance payment must be paid in full at least 30 days before the tour departure.
- Dollar payments will be accepted at the exchange rate on the day of payment.
