5. We are not responsible for the unfortunate technical issues & unforeseen situations that you may experience during your travel. Kindly contact the respective consulate/embassy, airlines, hotel, transportation team/ local contacts given in your service voucher to seek local support. 
6. There will be no compensation or amendments due to such circumstances. However, we will try to sort out the issues with mutual understanding.

Cancellation:

The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only. Cancellation charges are per person.

Mode of Payment:

1. The balance payment must be made in full at least 15 days before the tour departure.
2. Payment in dollars will be accepted at the current exchange rate on the day of payment.
