4. Rooms and rates will be subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates are not applicable during events, festivals, and exhibition periods. Wi-Fi at hotels is not part of the package. Hotels may provide it free or at a cost, so please cross-check on the hotel website/front office.
5. We are not responsible for the unfortunate technical issues & unforeseen situations that you may experience during your travel. Kindly contact the respective consulate/embassy, airlines, hotel, transportation team/ local contacts given in your service voucher to seek local support. 
6. There will be no compensation or amendments due to such circumstances. However, we will try to sort out the issues with mutual understanding.

Cancellation: 

The cancellation must be intimated to us in writing only. Cancellation charges are per person.

Mode of Payment:

1. Initial booking amount of 50% of the total tour cost.
2. Balance payment must be paid in full at least 30 days before the tour departure.
